It is about accurate measurement, thorough surface preparation, and using the right tools to fix problems from the root. ## Photos and videos - ![I believe in doing things the right way, with no 'jugaad'. My process starts with a detailed site check using modern tools like laser measurement. This ensures every calculation is precise, which is key for a perfect, long-lasting result and an accurate quotation.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/89b025fc-0c0e-45d6-b881-cb8b8312f63b) ## About My Professional Approach Before I touch a single paintbrush, I use laser measurement tools to calculate the exact dimensions of your walls. This isn't just for precision. It provides you with a transparent, accurate quote, ensures I order the exact amount of paint needed, and removes the risk of hidden costs or wastage later. Most painting jobs fail within a year because of poor preparation, not bad paint. Whether you are dealing with terrace leakage, interior dampness, or peeling exterior walls, I follow a strict process that avoids any 'jugaad' (quick fixes). ### The 4-Step Method 1. **Diagnosis & Measurement:** I use laser tools to determine the precise square footage. This helps me plan the material quantity accurately, so you only pay for what you need. 2. **Deep Cleaning:** We use industrial high-pressure jets to strip away algae, fafundi (mold), and old, loose paint layers. A standard wire brush often misses the root of these issues, but high-pressure water ensures the surface is truly ready. 3. **Structural Repair:** For cracks, we cut V-grooves to open them up, fill them with polymer-modified mortar, and apply a specialized base primer. This creates a solid, sealed foundation. 4. **Coating:** We apply the protective coats with the right techniques, ensuring they bond correctly. Because I rely on this step-by-step approach rather than rushing the work, I can confidently offer a 5-year warranty on my painting and waterproofing projects. If you are in Bangalore and want a job done properly, I am here to ensure it stays durable and beautiful for years. ## About Colours Dreams Hi, I am Sadiq Pasha.
