I often suggest ivory and gold for indoor banquet halls to add warmth, whereas our open-air garden mandaps work best with fresh tuberose and pink lotus motifs to capture that natural light. Whether you want a traditional vibe or something modern, we prioritize structural stability so you can focus entirely on the ceremony. Your wedding ceremony is the heart of the day, and I believe the mandap should reflect that. My approach to mandap decoration is never about repeating the same templates. Every ceremony I design starts with your story. ### Creating Your Ceremony Space If you are planning an indoor event, I play with lighting. Crystal chandeliers paired with warm PAR lights create that intimate, magical atmosphere for your vows, while golden panels add a touch of regality. For outdoor ceremonies, especially in venues across Delhi NCR, I love utilizing fresh florals. We use high-density strings of tuberose (rajnigandha) and soft roses to create a fragrant, romantic pathway that leads you to the stage. ### Sustainability and Personal Touches I am deeply committed to keeping things real. I always look for sustainable ways to dress up your mandap, whether that means using fabric drapes effectively to reduce waste or opting for reusable, high-quality props that look fantastic in photos. My process is simple: * **The Vision:** We chat about your preferences, whether that is a South Indian inspired floral garden or a classic ivory-and-gold ballroom look. * **The Details:** I focus on the small things—like the brass lamps (diya) lining the aisle or the specific seating comfort for your parents. * **The Execution:** I personally oversee the setup to ensure everything is in place, because I know how stressful wedding mornings can be. I want your ceremony decor to be a space where you feel completely comfortable, so you can enjoy the traditions that matter most to you. ## About Colors Events - By Neha Talwar Hi, I’m Neha. I don't just set up mandaps; I create the space where your new chapter begins. I love the chaos of putting together a beautiful ceremony setup, and my favorite part of the day is standing back to see the couple's reaction when they first see the mandap I've built just for them.
