My approach to Haldi, Mehendi, and pool parties is simple: I treat them like an action movie rather than a portrait session. Whether it is a traditional setup in Rajasthan or a modern pool party in Bangalore, my goal is to capture the flow of energy. I use compact, fast-moving gear to stay agile, which allows me to document the wild baraat entries, the spontaneous dances, and those quiet, intimate moments between you and your partner when the music drops for a second. I know how fast these events move. You are dealing with tight timelines, changing outfits, and the unpredictable nature of guests, which is why I prefer to document the reality of the day rather than forcing poses. I want you to look back at these photos and remember the exact joke that made everyone laugh, not how perfect you stood.
