We do not use this session for a sales pitch; it is a hands-on introduction where your child actually builds their first project on screen. It helps us understand their interest level—whether they lean towards game design, app building, or logic-based Python—so we can recommend the right path for them before you commit to any monthly plan. ### How Our Online Learning Works Our online model is built on one core principle: personalization. Unlike pre-recorded courses, every class is a 1:1 live session on Zoom or Google Meet. This means the mentor moves at your child's pace, not a predefined syllabus that might be too slow or too fast. ### The Curriculum Progression We structure learning by age and capability: - **Beginners:** We start with Scratch or Blockly. It is visual and logic-based, making coding feel like a game rather than a chore. - **Intermediate:** Once the logic is clear, we move to mobile app development using MIT App Inventor or web basics like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - **Advanced:** For students ready to write actual code, we dive into Python and Java, often moving toward building functional applications that solve real-world problems. ### Flexibility for Busy Families We know schedules change. That is why our online sessions offer unlimited rescheduling with prior notice. Whether you prefer weekday evenings or weekend slots, we match you with a mentor who fits your timetable. All you need is a stable internet connection and a laptop—we handle the rest, from the curriculum to the project guidance. ### Why Start with a Trial? Choosing a coding partner is a decision that impacts your child's interests for the long term. The trial class gives you a transparent look at our methodology and, more importantly, lets your child experience the 'aha!' moment of making a computer do what they want. If they enjoy it, we discuss the best monthly module to keep that momentum going. ## About CodeShala At CodeShala, we believe every child has an innovator hidden inside them. We are here to bridge the gap between just using technology and actually building it, helping kids translate their curiosity into tangible apps and games.
