These certificates and appointments are proof of the years I have spent on the mat, both as a 3rd Dan Black Belt and an A-Grade Referee. My coaching style is simple: I teach what I have lived. If you are looking for shortcuts or a soft training environment, this is not the place for you. ### The Foundation of My Teaching I do not claim to be the best without having done the work. My journey started with years of intense training, moving from local practice to national and international representation. When I show my credentials, it is not to brag. It is to show you that the techniques I teach are verified, official, and grounded in the real rules of the sport. ### Why Certification Matters Being an A-Grade Referee and a District Representative for Khel Karate Sports India means I understand the sport from every angle. I know how points are scored, I know what judges look for, and I know how to prepare a student to win. My affiliation with these organizations is a responsibility I take seriously. It ensures that the standards I maintain at Karate Gurukul are up to date with national requirements. ### A Different Kind of Coaching I am not here to make friends or hold your hand. I am here to build strength, both mental and physical. My training modules cover everything from traditional karate to practical self-defense, and I demand the same level of commitment from my students that I demand from myself. If you are ready for the sweat and the discipline, the path is open. If you want a hobby to pass time, look elsewhere. ## About Sikandar Phore I am Sikandar Phore. I don’t believe in fluff or marketing tricks. My academy is built on the belief that if you want to be a champion, you need to be ready for the grind.
