Being a 3rd Dan Black Belt and an official referee means I don't just teach moves; I teach the rulebooks, the discipline of competition, and how to stay calm under pressure. If you are joining my academy, know that you are learning from someone who has stood on the podium and understands what it takes to get there. Many coaches claim to be masters, but my path is documented. Whether it is my Gold Medal at the Delhi Games for Lathi sports or my certification as an A-Grade Referee, these documents aren't just paper. They show I have been in the ring, faced the pressure, and understand the technicalities that separate a fighter from an enthusiast. When you train under me, you aren't getting someone who just read a manual. You are getting a 3rd Dan Black Belt who actively works with organizations like Khel Karate Sports India. I handle the district-level representation, which means my curriculum follows national standards. Whether you are prepping for a state tournament or looking for serious self-defense, you are working within a framework that is recognized and respected. I demand the same level of integrity from my students that I provide as a coach. If you see a Fair Play certificate in my gallery, it is because I don’t believe in cutting corners. Martial arts is a serious commitment. If you are ready to put in the work and learn under a system that values skill over style, my academy is the place to be. ## About Sikandar Phore I am Sikandar Phore, and I run Karate Gurukul with one simple philosophy: hard work is the only way to the top.
