I integrate medical teams, timing technology, and venue partners into a single, cohesive unit. You get a turnkey solution where I manage the heavy lifting, ensuring your corporate run is safe and stress-free. Building a seamless event is my priority. When I organize a run, I do not rely on chance. I bring a network of partners that I have vetted over years of hosting runs across Delhi NCR and beyond. Logistics matter. From the moment participants arrive, every detail, from the RFID timing mats provided by tech partners to the first aid stations staffed by medical professionals, must work in harmony. I have secured partnerships with names like Paras Health for medical support and Dare2Gear for adventure logistics. This ensures that whether we are hosting a marathon in Morni Hills or a corporate challenge in Gurugram, the safety protocols are standard-issue. Nutrition and recovery are equally vital. By bringing on refueling partners like Incremento or recovery experts like Osso, I ensure your employees do not just finish the race, but feel cared for afterward. My role is to bridge the gap between your corporate objectives and the physical reality of the event. I handle the vendor coordination, permitting, and on-ground management so you can focus on your team. It is a system that keeps the energy high and the stress low. It allows for a smooth operation that leaves your participants with a positive impression of your company culture. Let us create something jabardast together! ## About Ravinder Singh I am Coach Ravinder. I build running ecosystems that bring teams together through sweat and shared goals.
