We train on synthetic tracks and dirt to prep for the reality of recruitment grounds. Whether it is building 1600m stamina or mastering the high jump, I track your biomechanics every single day so you do not waste time on wrong techniques. You want the uniform, you show up at 6 AM. Why train here? Because I do not believe in luck. I believe in repetition. My training system is built on my M.P.Ed background and years of Army experience. You are not just running laps, you are learning how to breathe during a 1600m sprint and how to land properly to avoid injury during the high jump. At Ramjas Sports Complex, we use both synthetic tracks for speed and mitti (dirt) for the reality of recruitment grounds. My batch is not for everyone. If you want a soft coach, look elsewhere. If you want to sweat, learn the proper technique for shot put, and build real physical endurance, come to the field. I hold sessions 6 days a week, both mornings and evenings. We do mock tests that simulate the exact pressure of exam day so you do not freeze when it counts.
