We cap sessions to ensure a 1:4 or 1:6 ratio, so you get the attention you need to stay safe and progress. * **Belay Technique:** Stop relying on others to catch you. Learn the nuances of using ATCs and GriGris, anchor building, and risk management. If you're a member, keep an eye out—these sessions are often free or heavily discounted for our regulars. * **Yoga & Mobility:** Forearms killing you? Hips stiff?
