Whether you need help with your grip or just want to understand the basics, our coaches are here to support you. ### Frequent Questions * **Do I need to be fit to climb?** Not at all. Climbing is a full-body workout, and you will get stronger as you climb. We have routes for every fitness level. * **Can I come alone?** Absolutely. Most of our members started by walking in solo. With our auto-belay zones, you can climb whenever you want. * **Is there an age limit?** We welcome climbers from age 5 and up.
