It gives us that soft, natural glow without the harsh midday sun, making the photos look effortless and intimate rather than staged. When we shoot by the water, the goal is never to pose you against a pretty backdrop. It is about letting the wind and the horizon do the work. In Goa, that might mean running barefoot along the shore or laughing through tangled hair. On a yacht in Mumbai, it is about that quiet solitude of being on the water while the city skyline fades into the distance. I focus on the moments between the moments. The way the wind catches your dress, or that split second when you look at each other and the world around you just disappears. For destination sessions, we pack light and move fast. The ocean is unpredictable, and that is exactly what makes the frames feel alive. We do not need heavy equipment or massive production teams. Just you, the ocean, and a camera ready to catch the rhythm of the waves. If you are nervous about being in front of the lens, the ocean is the perfect remedy. There is something about the salt air and the sound of crashing waves that makes people relax almost instantly. You stop thinking about how you look and start feeling the moment. That is when the real magic happens. Bas wahan pe raho, and let the sea tell the rest of the story. ## About Yaash Jain I have always felt a strong pull towards the water, as it is where I find the most raw, honest emotions. I am Yaash, and I capture these coastal stories by putting you in the center of the elements, letting the wind and tide shape the frames.
