You receive a monthly stipend, dedicated kiln time, and one-on-one mentorship from senior ceramicists, ensuring your final body of work is ready for its debut at a gallery like Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath. Transitioning from making pieces for home to building a professional portfolio requires more than just access to a wheel. It demands a shift in mindset and technical discipline. Our residency program is built to bridge this gap by offering a fully supported environment. We handle the logistical pressures, such as material supply and kiln firing, allowing you to focus entirely on developing your unique visual language. ### Infrastructure and Support We provide designated studio space in Koramangala, ensuring you have uninterrupted access to professional-grade wheels and equipment. Whether you are experimenting with intricate hand-building or high-fire glaze techniques, the studio infrastructure is designed to accommodate serious production. ### Mentorship and Community You are not working in isolation. Our residents engage with senior ceramicists who offer constructive critique, helping you refine your forms and technical processes. This peer-to-peer and mentor-led environment is essential for troubleshooting complex firing schedules or mastering glaze chemistry. ### The Final Showcase Every residency concludes with a debut exhibition. This is where your process becomes public. We manage the logistics, from gallery bookings at venues like Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath to promotion, so you can present your work with confidence. This program is for those ready to commit, experiment, and transform their hunar into a professional career. ## About Clay Station We are a collective of ceramic artists in Koramangala dedicated to nurturing talent. Whether you are finding your footing or ready to launch your career, we provide the space and support you need. We believe in the process as much as the final piece.
