It starts with the right equipment and finishes with careful, intentional color grading to tell your story. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A before-and-after look at our color grading process. Watch as we take a raw image and apply our signature cinematic touch, enhancing the sunset and mood to create a truly magical portrait.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/590b686e-7259-41b9-85db-cb32d8806f1b) ## About The Cinematic Touch: Our Editing Process We do not use generic filters. Every image in this gallery undergoes individual color grading to balance the specific lighting conditions of your shoot. We prioritize maintaining natural skin tones while enhancing the environment, giving your photos that signature, film-like depth that keeps them looking fresh for years. ### Why Color Grading Matters Professional photography is only half the battle. To achieve the deep, mood-driven look you see in our portfolio, we rely on high-end color grading. Because we shoot with Sony Alpha equipment using fast prime lenses, we capture a significant amount of dynamic range. This allows us to manipulate light and shadow in post-production without sacrificing image quality. ### Our Approach to Your Photos Whether you book a family portrait session in a local park or a full wedding shoot, we apply the same standard. We avoid over-processing that makes photos look artificial. Instead, we work with the natural light captured on the day: - **Lighting Correction:** We adjust exposure and white balance to ensure your photos look bright and clear, regardless of the venue lighting. - **Skin Tone Preservation:** This is a non-negotiable step. We ensure everyone in your family or bridal party looks like themselves, just with better lighting. - **Mood Enhancement:** We boost contrast and color depth to separate the subject from the background, creating the cinematic separation that makes our work stand out. ### Delivery & Turnaround We understand that you want to share your photos as soon as possible. Because we handle our own editing, we maintain full control over the aesthetic. You can expect your final high-resolution edits, complete with our signature grading, delivered within 7-10 days of your session. If you have a specific color palette or style in mind—perhaps a moody aesthetic for an evening party or a light, airy look for a morning ceremony—let us know. We are happy to tailor the edit to your preference. ## About Classic Shots We are Classic Shots, and we believe your photos should look as timeless as the day they were captured. We handle the editing in-house to ensure every shot matches the cinematic vibe we are known for. If you like the mood in our portfolio, we can bring that same look to your event.
