We don’t just take your advance and hope for the best; you get a complete 3D render so you know exactly how your kitchen or wardrobe will look. If it isn't on the final plan, we don’t build it, which means no surprises and no 'ye toh design mein nahi tha' (that wasn't in the design) arguments later. We have seen too many projects start with a dream and end with a disaster—contractors disappearing with the advance, materials changing midway, and budget hikes that never end. That is why we structured our process to be predictable. **Step 1: The Blueprint** Everything starts with a 3D design. No guesswork. If we plan it on the screen, that is what lands in your home. **Step 2: No-Surprise Pricing** Our quotes are final. We do not hit you with hidden costs halfway through. With our price match guarantee, you know you are paying for the right materials—Century HDHMR and branded plywood, not cheap alternatives. **Step 3: Execution** One team, one point of contact. You are not juggling between an electrician, a painter, and a carpenter. We handle the entire coordination from dismantling the old setup to the final finish. **Step 4: Warranty** Our work comes with a 5-year onsite warranty. If a drawer is not closing right or a hinge acts up, you do not have to chase us—we come to fix it. Whether you are in Noida, Greater Noida, or across Delhi NCR, our goal is the same: to turn your space into a home without the drama. ## About Classic Infrahomes We started Classic Infrahomes because we were tired of the 'saste carpenter' (cheap carpenter) drama and seeing clients get burned by empty promises. We are not here to over-promise; we are here to execute your design with the same care we would put into our own homes.
