As a Delhi-based chapter of Isha Hatha Yoga teachers, we focus on sharing these ancient tools as they were designed by Sadhguru. Whether you are looking for Hatha Yoga for kids to improve focus and address concerns like asthma, or seeking to deepen your own practice with Surya Shakti, our approach remains rooted in precision and disciplined practice. ### Our Approach in Delhi/NCR We conduct workshops across various locations in Delhi and NCR, typically in community halls or Sadhguru Sannidhi spaces. We maintain a strict, meditative environment to ensure the integrity of the practices. * **Foundation Workshops:** These are 2-day programs, typically 3 to 4 hours of contact time, where you learn a specific sequence like Upa Yoga or Surya Shakti. You leave fully equipped to practice on your own. * **Small Batch Modules:** For more targeted results, our therapeutic modules (5-8 students) focus on specific outcomes like respiratory health or attention span, including guidance on yogic diet and high pranic foods. ### Why Start?
