Our Classical Yoga Fests are not drop-in classes. They are structured, multi-day intensives designed for anyone—from total beginners to experienced practitioners—to learn Hatha Yoga in its original, unadulterated form. ### Why a Fest format? Learning complex practices like Surya Kriya or Surya Shakti requires precision. In a fast-paced drop-in class, instructions can get diluted. At these fests, we commit several hours over a weekend to break down each movement, ensuring your posture aligns with your natural geometry. We provide lifetime support after the course, so you are not left on your own once the weekend ends. ### What you can expect: * **Upa Yoga:** Ideal if you are new to yoga or feeling stiff. It focuses on lubricating joints and activating the body’s energy centers. * **Surya Shakti:** A more rigorous, sun-based dynamic practice that builds significant physical energy and flexibility. * **Kids’ Yoga:** Specialized sessions for children 7+ to improve focus and manage academic stress. ### A Note on the Environment We maintain a disciplined space. You will not find loud music or mirrors here. We believe these distractions pull your awareness outward when the goal of Hatha Yoga is to turn inward. Sessions are held in community halls or clean studios across Delhi and NCR, where we create a consecrated atmosphere to help you engage with the practice deeply.
