This foundational step allows us to resolve structural flow and zoning before a single brick is laid, which helps you avoid costly changes later in the build. We treat this as a collaborative process where your vision meets our technical expertise. My practice at 4site Architects is built on the philosophy of 'Design to Delivery.' When you look at projects like the 'Grilled Sandwich House' or the 'House of Greens' featured here, you are seeing more than just aesthetic choices. You are seeing a direct response to specific site constraints. For compact homes in Bengaluru, we use vertical stacking and smart sectional design to prove that limited square footage does not mean limited comfort. For larger villas and community spaces, my focus shifts to biophilic design. I integrate courtyards, green terraces, and perforated screens to invite natural light, or 'Belaku,' into the heart of the building. This connection to nature is intentional, aiming to make every space feel alive and responsive to the sun's path and wind direction. Whether you are planning a duplex on a 30x40 plot or a larger family retreat, we handle the entire spectrum of architectural services. This includes site analysis, civil Good-for-Construction (GFC) drawings, MEP integration, and site supervision.
