I bake them egg-free with real 3-berry compote and Belgian chocolate, so they actually taste as good as they look. Whether you need to apologize for a red flag or just want to tell your bestie they are your favorite person to do absolutely nothing with, I have a sugar-coated way to say it. My Valentine's range is designed for the messy, beautiful reality of modern dating and friendship. I lean into the retro Lambeth piping style because it looks iconic, but I keep the flavors honest. My mini cakes are egg-free, featuring either 3-berry vanilla or 3-berry Belgian chocolate sponge. They are dense, moist, and perfectly sized for two people who actually like each other. Let's talk about the giant cookies. These are roughly 8-10 inches and completely customizable. If you have an inside joke, a gentle call-out for a toxic trait, or just want to be aggressively affectionate, pipe it on a cookie. I stick to my roots here. No artificial preservatives or weird number-coded additives. Just real butter, high-quality flour, and fresh fruit compotes. Even the dyes for the piping are minimal. Since I bake out of my kitchen in Bandra, everything is made fresh per order. I do not mass-produce, so if you have a specific vibe or a weird message you want to pipe, let me know early. It is all about creating treats that feel like a real conversation, not a department store gift. ## About Chubby Baker & Co. I am the Chubby Baker, and I believe desserts should be as loud as your personality. I run a queer-owned, inclusive kitchen where we bake everything from scratch with absolutely no shady ingredients. I am here to make sure your celebrations are sweet, honest, and maybe a little bit chaotic.
