Because I source my fruit straight from the farm, supply depends entirely on the harvest, so ping me early on WhatsApp to grab your slot before I sell out for the day. When the mangoes hit, the bakery smells like nothing else. I take these beauties—ripened the old-school way in hay, not chemicals—and turn them into everything from my signature Mango Vanilla Gateau to decadent Belgian Chocolate Alphonso creations. My approach is simple: if it doesn't grow in the ground or come from a regular kitchen pantry, it doesn't go into my cakes. No weird codes, no artificial preservatives. Whether you want a light, fruity gateau for a weekend brunch or a rich, dark chocolate and mango combo for a birthday, I’ve got you. I’ve even got options for my dairy-free friends and those looking for diabetic-friendly mango treats. The gateau tubs are perfect if you just want a personal treat to survive the Mumbai heat, but if you’re hosting, the full-sized gateaux are the real showstoppers. I make these in small, fresh batches daily, which means what you get is as close to the farm as possible. If you want something specific—like a diabetic-friendly version or a combo—just ask. I love getting creative with these golden fruits. ## About Chubby Baker & Co. I’m the Chubby Baker, and I believe mango season is the only season that actually matters.
