Everything is crafted in-house with real kitchen staples—whether it’s the Belgian chocolate ganache for our strawberry cakes or the pure almond marzipan in our Easter Simnel. It’s baking that tastes like it came from a home kitchen, just way more fun. 🫶 Whether you are looking for a giant cookie with a sassy message for your partner or a traditional English Simnel Cake, my kitchen is all about balancing the new with the nostalgic. I grew up peeking into kitchens, wondering how the best bakers made their fruit cake so perfect, and that same curiosity drives how I bake today. What you see in this collection is our signature range—the stuff that keeps our Bandra oven working overtime. We do things differently here: * **No Shady Ingredients:** You won't find weird numbers or artificial preservatives. Just honest kitchen staples. * **Dietary Inclusive:** Many of our festive treats are egg-free, and we have a whole range for keto, diabetic-friendly, and gluten-free needs using almond flour and natural sweeteners. * **Seasonal Focus:** From Alphonso mango gateaus in summer to our boozy Christmas fruit cakes, we work with the rhythm of the seasons to ensure every bite uses the freshest produce. Need something for a 'situationship', a birthday, or just a treat-yourself Tuesday? My family and I are here to make it happen. ## About Chubby Baker & Co.
