These brownies are dense and rich, and they need to be stored in the fridge or freezer. Since there are zero preservatives hiding in that batter, they need that cool environment to stay perfect. ### Real Ingredients, No Shady Business I started Chubby Baker & Co. because I was tired of 'healthy' desserts that tasted like cardboard or were packed with ingredients I couldn't pronounce. My brownies aren't just a healthy alternative; they are the main event. ### My Two Main Brownie Styles * **The Egg-Free Fudgy Brownie:** Perfect for my vegetarian friends, this brownie is designed to be decadent without relying on eggs for structure. It is rich, gooey, and stands up to any traditional recipe. * **The Low-Carb Keto Brownie:** This is the one I developed for myself. It is grain-free, gluten-free, and high in protein, sweetened exclusively with Erythritol. No maltitol, no aspartame, and absolutely no sugar spikes. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Where do you deliver?** I am based in Bandra West and deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. **How do I store them?** Because I don't use preservatives, these brownies are fresh. If you aren't eating them immediately, keep them in the fridge or freezer to maintain that signature fudgy texture. **Are they really diabetic-friendly?** Yes. I use raw, kitchen-style ingredients and monitor the glycemic index of every batch. Whether you are managing insulin resistance or just cutting down on carbs, these are crafted to keep your blood sugar stable while satisfying that intense chocolate craving. ## About Chubby Baker & Co.
