I don't use preservatives or weird additives, so my cakes taste as good at the end of the night as they do when they leave my Bandra kitchen. When you book me for a wedding, we're not just doing a cake; we're crafting a dessert that reflects you. I don't believe in using fake ingredients or shortcuts. My kitchen staples are simple—real chocolate, fresh fruit, and high-quality butter. Because I'm a Masterchef finalist, I treat every tiered cake as a technical challenge, ensuring it survives transport and looks sharp without relying on mass-produced fondant blocks that end up in the trash. ### Why my wedding cakes are different: * **Technique over Trends:** I obsess over Lambeth piping and buttercream textures. It’s old-school charm that creates an intricate, vintage look without the plasticky feel of commercial cakes. * **Inclusive Catering:** Nobody gets left out. If you need a diabetic-friendly tier for grandparents or a gluten-free option for the bridal party, I bake those from scratch using almond flour and Erythritol that actually tastes like cake. It’s part of my commitment to being a truly inclusive bakery. * **Personalization:** You want a lighthouse-themed cake or a custom monkey topper? Let's do it. I’ve done everything from beach-inspired designs to elegant floral wreaths. You bring the vibe, and I’ll bring the sugar. Everything is baked fresh within 24 hours of your event in my Bandra studio. Whether it’s a massive bash or a 20-person intimate wedding, I put the same energy into it. If you’re tired of generic bakery options and want something that feels like it came out of a home kitchen, hit the button below. I’m the Chubby Baker, and I believe your wedding cake should be the best thing you eat all day.
