Before you order, send us a quick message to see what’s fresh out of the oven today, or let us know if you need a box put aside for a special craving. Let's be real, you're not here for mass-produced sweets that taste like cardboard. At our Bandra kitchen, we treat baking like a science of love. Whether it's our signature fudgy brownies, tangy lemon tarts, or those creamy dessert tubs, we stick to the basics: real butter, fresh fruit, and premium chocolate. No weird ingredient codes, no shortcuts. ### What makes our treats hit different: * **The Brownie Game:** Our Kunafa Brownie is the absolute star—we fill a super dense, fudgy brownie with crunchy pistachio praline and top it with 54% Belgian dark chocolate. If you're looking for something classic, our egg-free double chocolate brownies have been put through some serious taste tests to ensure they are just as gooey as the original. * **The Basque Experience:** Our Basque Burnt Cheesecake is the real deal. It’s got that signature caramelized top with a center so creamy it basically melts on your tongue. * **Shortbread Nostalgia:** Our signature shortbread biscuits are buttery, simple, and exactly what you need with your evening chai. We've also got new jam-centered variants if you want something a bit extra. * **Dietary Needs:** We don't believe in exclusion. Whether you need egg-free, sugar-free, or specific dietary swaps, we handle it all with the same quality ingredients. Just give us a heads-up so we can customize your order. We deliver across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area and are live on Swiggy and Zomato, but for custom party boxes or specific requests, hitting us up on WhatsApp is always the best way to get exactly what you want. ## About Chubby Baker & Co.
