Every cake, brownie, or tart you see here was likely in the oven just hours before it reached you. That means no weird additives and zero preservatives. We treat every order like it's for our own family, using real butter, fresh fruit, and Belgian chocolate, not because it's a trend, but because it’s how baking should be. When you look at our kitchen photos, you aren't seeing a factory. You're seeing the space where I, as a Masterchef finalist, develop recipes that actually taste like food instead of chemicals. Located in Bandra West, our kitchen is where the chaos happens—whether it's piping vintage Lambeth ruffles, rolling fondant for a themed order, or boxing up a fresh 3-Berry Victoria sponge for delivery. ### Why it matters We bake in small batches. This isn't just a marketing line; it's a constraint we impose on ourselves to keep quality high. If you order a batch of cupcakes, they come from the same oven cycle as the ones we make for our own Sunday cravings. We source real kitchen staples—no 'weird codes' on the ingredient labels. ### Customization & Dietary Needs Because we control the kitchen, we control the menu. Need a diabetic-friendly version of a signature cake? We swap the sugar for high-quality Erythritol. Going keto or gluten-free? We use almond flour bases that don't taste like cardboard. We work with you to ensure your dessert fits the occasion, not the other way around. From our busy Bandra space to your celebration anywhere in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, we bring you treats made with patience, practice, and a whole lot of heart. ## About Chubby Baker & Co. I'm the Chubby Baker. This kitchen is my happy place, run with my husband, my kids, and an amazing team who genuinely care about your celebrations. We’re queer-owned and proudly honest—no chemical shortcuts, just real butter and passion in every single box.
