Whether it’s the pistachio praline hidden inside our brownie or the house-made berry compote layered into our tiered cakes, everything here is built from scratch. We don't do pre-mixes or 'mystery' ingredients; it’s just real butter, fresh fruit, and honest technique, delivered to your venue in Mumbai. From that massive 9kg wedding cake to the quick treats we pack into dessert tubs, this gallery is where we show off what we do best. You’ll see a mix of my obsession with vintage Lambeth piping—those intricate ruffles take hours but are totally worth it—and the modern, 'thoda hatke' cakes we love to pull off. When we handle events, like product launches or personal milestones, we don't just drop off a box and leave. We’re thinking about the setup, the color palette, and how the dessert cart fits into your venue’s vibe. Whether you need a sugar-free treat for a diabetic-friendly spread or a show-stopping birthday centerpiece that feeds a crowd, we handle the production in-house. That means no weird additives or preservatives, just real kitchen staples. If you’re planning something in the Mumbai area, let's talk about how to make it happen. ## About Chubby Baker & Co. Hey, I’m the Chubby Baker. My kitchen in Bandra is my playground, where I turn kitchen staples into cakes that actually taste like childhood memories. Being queer-owned matters to me—it’s about creating a space where everyone, especially the community, feels seen, celebrated, and fed with something honest.
