I build the design around your story, combining hand-piped buttercream and custom fondant details to match the vibe perfectly, whether it is a moody superhero piece or a colorful cartoon celebration. I love a good challenge, especially when it involves bringing your favorite pop culture moments to life. Whether you are obsessed with Hogwarts, a die-hard Disney fan, or just want a cake that feels like a scene from your favorite show, I am here for it. My process is simple. We start with your reference photos and the specific vibe you are going for. I then bake everything from scratch in my Bandra kitchen, ensuring the taste is as bold as the design. Unlike mass-produced cakes that rely on pre-mixes and chemicals, my cakes feature honest ingredients like Swiss Meringue buttercream and house-made fruit compotes. For these themed creations, I often use a mix of edible prints and hand-carved fondant to capture fine details—like Simba's expression or the ruffles on a Moana-inspired cake. If you have an idea that is a little hatke, bring it to me. I have done everything from elaborate superhero logos to cute animal themes. Planning for an event? Send me your concept early so I can source the right toppers and plan the structure. Being a queer-owned, inclusive space, I welcome all themes and am always happy to work with you to make sure the final result is exactly what you envisioned. ## About Chubby Baker & Co.
