Whether you want a towering Lambeth-style masterpiece or a semi-naked floral cake for an intimate party, we start with scratch-baked sponges and house-made compotes, not pre-mixes. We can chat about structural designs, custom toppers, and how to accommodate your guests' dietary needs without sacrificing the quality you deserve. Your big day deserves more than a standard factory-style cake. I treat every wedding or grand celebration order with the same care I’d use for my own family, ensuring that the cake isn't just a prop for photos, but a dessert your guests will actually rave about. ### How I Approach Your Event - **Flavor-First Philosophy:** I don't compromise on taste. My 3 Berry Victoria is a bestseller for a reason, but I’m always open to discussing custom flavor profiles that suit your event’s vibe. - **Dietary Inclusivity:** Planning for a crowd with different needs? I’ve got you. From diabetic-friendly and sugar-free options to egg-free, keto, and gluten-free recipes, I ensure every guest gets a delicious slice, not a cardboard alternative. - **Design & Logistics:** Whether you love the old-world charm of Lambeth piping, ruffles, and bows, or you need a sturdy structure for a multi-tiered fondant design, I’ll walk you through what works and what doesn't. ### Why Book with Me I’m a Bandra-based, queer-owned business, and my values are baked into everything I do. I keep things real—no 'shady' ingredients with numbers you can't pronounce. If you have a wild idea, a specific meme, or a tribute to a fandom you want on your wedding cake, I’m listening. Let’s get creative and bake something that feels like you, not just another generic catering order. ## About Chubby Baker & Co. Hi, I'm the Chubby Baker. I believe your big day shouldn't come with compromise, which is why I skip the pre-mixes and weird additives for every tiered cake I bake.
