My copycat Tom Cruise Christmas Bundt? It is that rich coconut and vanilla crumb you crave. Everything is scratch-baked in my Bandra kitchen, with absolutely no premixes involved. If you have a holiday gathering coming up, I am ready to make it a little sweeter. Holiday baking is where my queer joy and obsession with tradition collide. I am talking about deep forest-green vintage cakes with gold cherubs, or my take on the traditional English Simnel cake with marzipan eggs. I skip the weird, shelf-stable additives because you deserve real butter, fresh fruit compotes, and pure vanilla beans in your festive spreads. I am based in Bandra, but I bring these festive treats to tables all over the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether you need a stunning centerpiece for a Christmas party, adorable cupcakes for an Easter lunch, or something special for a seasonal milestone, I am here for it. My menu changes with the seasons, but the commitment to real, kitchen-staple ingredients stays the same. Let's make your next holiday gathering the one everyone talks about. ## About Chubby Baker & Co. Hi, I'm the Chubby Baker. I live for the holiday rush because it is where I get to experiment with vintage Lambeth piping and nostalgic flavors. Every treat that leaves my Bandra kitchen is baked with love, zero shady ingredients, and a whole lot of queer joy.
