When you order a classic piece, you’re getting a sponge that stays moist because I use actual dairy and house-made fruit compotes, not shelf-stabilizers. It’s the difference between a cake that just looks pretty and one that people actually fight over the last slice of. ### Why 'Classic' Means More Sometimes, the brief is simple—just beautiful. But 'simple' is actually the hardest thing to pull off because you can't hide behind a crazy fondant shape. My classic cakes are all about the craft. Whether it’s that smooth-as-glass buttercream finish, delicate hand-piped wreaths, or wafer-paper florals that look real enough to touch, I put the same level of obsession into these as I do my wilder theme cakes. ### The 'No Shady Stuff' Promise If you’re in Mumbai and looking for a clean-label celebration cake, this is the spot. I operate with the heart of a home bakery in a commercial setup. That means no random alphabets and numbers on my ingredient list. We bake with flour, butter, sugar, and fresh fruit. My 3 Berry Victoria is a classic for a reason—the compote is made in my kitchen, not poured out of a jar. If you’re craving a Pineapple Gateau or a floral landscape painted in frosting, you’re getting a cake that tastes like it came from a real kitchen, because it did. ### Customization for Your Milestone Classic doesn't mean boring. You can customize the color palette, the florals, the piping style, or the flavor. Whether you need a 75th birthday sheet cake with clean, elegant lettering or a dreamy, painted floral design for an anniversary, we can make it happen. I love working with clients who trust my artistic freedom to take a general direction and turn it into something special. If you have an idea, let’s chat and bring it to life, sans the sketchy additives. 🫶 ## About Chubby Baker & Co. I’m the Chubby Baker.
