I handle the structural, character, or themed designs you see here using only fresh, kitchen-staple ingredients. If you have specific dietary needs, like gluten-free or diabetic-friendly options for the grown-ups, just mention it. I love baking for the little ones. It is the most rewarding part of my work. Whether it is a first birthday jungle theme with figurines, a galaxy cake for a 7th birthday, or a pastel Oh Baby design for a shower, I focus on the details that make the celebration feel like yours. My process is simple. I use fresh flour, real butter, and house-made compotes. No pre-mixes and no chemical stabilizers. Even for structural theme cakes, I rely on buttercream and fondant accents that are safe and tasty. Since I am based in Bandra, I can coordinate delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you have a specific character, a meme, or a color palette in mind, send me the reference. We will make it happen. ## About Chubby Baker & Co.
