Rather than working in a sterile clinical setting, we use sensory gyms, bolster swings, and art materials to help children build foundational motor skills, whether they are working on pencil grip in 'Scribbles and Strokes' or navigating multi-step movements in 'Move and Groove'. Occupational therapy is often misunderstood as just 'exercise for kids', but in our practice, it is the primary way we support a child's participation in daily life. For a child struggling with praxis—the brain's ability to plan and execute movement—simple tasks like getting dressed or copying notes from a whiteboard can feel overwhelming. Our role is to identify those gaps and provide the tools to bridge them. ### Our Core Approach We move away from rigid, clinical drills. Instead, we use play as the foundation for skill-building. - **Grapho-Motor Skills:** In our 'Scribbles and Strokes' module, we don't just focus on handwriting. We strengthen the core stability, shoulder strength, and visual tracking required for a child to hold a pencil without fatigue. - **Motor Planning:** Our 'Move and Groove' groups help children who struggle to sequence tasks. By using multi-step games and obstacle courses, we train the brain to organize ideas and execute them with physical control. - **Executive Functioning:** We integrate tools that help with attention, impulse control, and memory, ensuring that children gain confidence both at home and in the classroom. ### What to Expect All our programs are led by trained Occupational Therapists in our dedicated centers in Delhi and Gurugram.
