We focus on low-stress grooming—no rushing, no fear, just calm vibes and gentle handling, even for the most dramatic pets. We know the struggle of finding a groomer who actually gets your pet. That is why we focus on 'Low-Stress Grooming.' From the moment you walk into our stores in Dwarka, Rajouri Garden, or Gurugram, we want your pet to feel like they are visiting a friend's place, not a clinical setting. Our customers often talk about the 'Chien N Chat difference'—and usually, it boils down to two things: hygiene and patience. Whether you are here for a quick nail clip or a full spa day, our team takes the time to make sure your fur baby is comfortable. No loud noises, no unnecessary restraints, just a lot of treats and a gentle hand. We are not just here to wash paws. We are here to make sure you find the right kibble for that sensitive stomach, the perfect harness that does not chafe, or that one toy your doggo just will not stop barking about. Many of our regulars visit us for the grooming, but they stay for the community. We love hearing your stories, watching your pups grow up, and seeing those happy tail wags when you walk through our doors. If you have been looking for a place where your catto gets a stress-free bath or your doggo gets the royal treatment without the heavy price tag, come say hi. Let us make your next visit another story worth sharing. ## About Chien N Chat I started Chien N Chat because I wanted a space where pets are treated like family, not just clients.
