Whether it is a nervous German Shepherd’s first grooming session or a cat needing a gentle touch, our team prioritizes calm and comfort above everything else. We don't believe in rushed jobs or forced hugs—just patience, plenty of treats, and making sure your pet actually enjoys the experience, so they walk out wagging their tail. At Chien N Chat, we take pride in being the go-to spot for pet parents across Delhi-NCR, from our busy Rajouri Garden and Dwarka outlets to our locations in Gurugram. Our clients often tell us that finding a groomer who truly understands their pet’s specific temperament—whether they are a 'sona putt' or a bit of a 'Sheerkhan'—is a relief. We love hearing feedback from parents like Neil, who appreciated how our team handled his scared GSD during a first-time groom, or Chanchal, who trusted us with her cat. Our process is transparent: * **Stress-Free Handling:** We work with your pet’s pace, not a clock. If a dog needs extra reassurance, we provide it. * **Hygienic Environment:** As seen in reviews from Shivam and other happy clients, we maintain a spotless, clean space where your pet feels safe. * **Expertise Matters:** From breed-specific styling to tick and flea treatments, our staff is trained to handle the 'paw-some' details. We are not just a spa; we are a community. When you book a slot, you aren't just getting a wash and cut—you are getting a team that cares about your pet's happiness as much as you do. Whether you are looking for a routine hygiene cut or a full breed styling, we are here to make your pet look and feel like a superstar. ## About Chien N Chat We're Chien N Chat, and we're basically obsessed with your pets. We started this because we wanted a place where grooming doesn't feel like a chore, but a spa day—a spot where even the most dramatic doggo can relax and actually have fun.
