Whether it is adding a hidden zip pocket for your passport, swapping a magnetic clasp for a sturdy zip, or adjusting the handle drop to fit your shoulder perfectly, we figure it out together. Because every bag is crafted by one artisan from start to finish, these functional tweaks are part of the process, not an afterthought. It is not just about picking a color. When you come to our Ghitorni studio, you are sitting down with us to build a bag that works for your daily routine. We look at the leather, feel the grain, and talk about how you actually use your bag. Since every piece is 'Single Artisan Made', we can handle structural changes that assembly lines cannot. Want to move the zip pocket so it is easier to reach? Done. Need a longer handle because you carry your bag differently? We can adjust that too. Our customization menu covers the practical—adding inner dividers, claw clips for keys, or leather base feet—to the purely aesthetic, like hand-painted Gond motifs, intricate Zardozi, or simple blind-embossed monograms. We work with upcycled leather, which means the materials we have today might not be here tomorrow. 'Bahut bika hai, khatam hone wala hai' is a real situation in our studio. If you find a texture or color you love, we suggest grabbing it sooner rather than later. Whether it is a standard commission or a Signature Art piece, the goal is simple: you walk away with something that is functionally perfect and uniquely yours. Come by the studio to see how we work. My team and I invite you to our Ghitorni workshop, where we sit down with you to sketch out the details—whether you want a specific strap length or a bag painted with your favorite story.
