Our planning process begins with a detailed pre-function site meeting, where we align our logistics with your venue’s specific constraints to ensure the service flow remains flawless from start to finish. Since 1982, we have built our reputation on a foundation of reliability and culinary craft. Being honoured by the Bombay Caterers Association is a milestone that marks our dedication to the catering industry, but our true satisfaction comes from the feedback we receive after a long night of service. When clients like the Ganatras trust us with a 3000-guest event, it proves that our systems work. We focus on clear communication from the very first inquiry through to the final bite. We know that in a city like Mumbai, the difference between a good event and a great one lies in the details, such as keeping our staff ratio at 1:12 or ensuring the temperature of the food is perfect until the last plate is served. We do not just provide food; we build a partnership for your event. ## About Chetak Caterers For three generations, we have been defined by a simple promise: consistent, high-level hospitality that adapts to your vision. We blend the wisdom of our founder, Mr. Pratap Hirji Dhulla, with modern catering standards to ensure every event is executed with care.
