Whether you are a corporate group looking for a fresh icebreaker or a sports league needing a new way to bond, my clinics focus on shared laughs rather than perfect swings. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Here's a look at a golf clinic I ran for the KGA Premier League's Team Japcon Albatross. My sessions are designed as an icebreaker where the focus is on fun, shared challenges, and getting colleagues moving together, rather than perfecting your swing or keeping score. When I run a clinic for a team, the goal is simple. I want everyone, from the CEO to the newest intern, to feel comfortable enough to drop their guard. Golf is a fantastic, slow-paced game that allows for conversation and camaraderie, but it can be intimidating if you have never held a club. I fix that by stripping away the pressure of the sport and focusing on the connection. I have worked with groups like the KPL's Team Japcon Albatross, where we used the bunker and the putting green as our playground. We run mini-competitions and skill-based games that are easy to pick up. By the time breakfast rolls around, people are usually chatting and laughing about their bunker shots, and that is where the real team building happens. It is not about golf skills. It is about sharing a new experience. My clinics can be held at the Karnataka Golf Association, Bangalore Golf Club, or other venues we agree on. You do not need to worry about bringing your own equipment or having a handicap card. I handle the logistics, the drills, and the pacing. Whether you are a startup looking for a fun half-day outing or a larger corporate team needing a, 'sollppaaa beddaaa paaa' (just a little reset) from the office routine, I am here to make it happen. Reach out if you want to plan something that gets your team outdoors and energized. ## About Nikki Ponappa Hi, I'm Nikki. I believe golf is the best way to get people out of their office mindset and into a flow.
