We jump straight into hands-on team activities like putting championships, bunker survival tasks, and fun skill challenges. Whether your team members have never touched a club or play regularly, these sessions are designed to level the playing field and get everyone laughing and connecting naturally. Corporate outings often feel forced, but golf creates a different kind of energy. By removing the pressure of a boardroom or the awkwardness of a standard lunch, we create space for genuine interaction. I host these sessions at premier venues like the Karnataka Golf Association (KGA) or Bangalore Golf Club, providing a high-quality environment that elevates the entire experience. ### Why it works for your team * **Inclusive for everyone:** You don't need a club membership or prior experience. I provide all the equipment, from irons to putters, and guide everyone through the basics. * **Break down barriers:** When you are in a bunker or on the putting green, hierarchical silos tend to disappear. It is just you, your colleagues, and a common goal. * **Customized energy:** I adapt the session to your team size and goals. Whether it is a quick 3-hour morning clinic for a new department or an intensive leadership session, the focus is on communication, strategy, and having a good time. ### What to expect We start with simple activities that emphasize teamwork. From putting games to long drive challenges, every exercise is chosen to get people out of their comfort zones without feeling exposed. By the time we head for breakfast—often a hearty South Indian spread of Idli, Vada, and coffee—the dynamic in the room is noticeably different than when you arrived. It is a proven way to refresh your team's spirit and get everyone working better together. ## About Nikki Ponappa I'm Nikki, and I'm honestly just pumped to show you how powerful golf can be for team building.
