You handle the alcohol procurement, and we take care of the rest—from professional bar tools and glassware to premium syrups, fresh garnishes, and ice. Our setup is modular, meaning we can operate on standard office conference tables, so you do not need a specialized event venue to get this started. ### Why Mixology Works for Team Building Traditional office parties often fall flat because they lack interaction. Our mixology session changes the dynamic by putting everyone behind the bar. It is an ice-breaking activity that gets colleagues laughing, competing, and creating together. Whether you have a team of ten or a large group, the focus remains on participation rather than observation. ### What Happens During the Session We structure our 60 to 90-minute workshops to be fast-paced and engaging. * **Live Demo:** Our instructor starts with a high-energy flair bartending performance to set the mood. * **Hands-on Training:** Participants get their own kits (shared in small groups of 3) to learn the mechanics of muddling, shaking, and straining. * **Drink Crafting:** We guide your team through making 2 to 3 signature cocktails or mocktails. ### Logistics and Setup We have conducted over 500 events across Karnataka, from corporate boardrooms in Bengaluru to office cafeterias. We utilize commercial-grade mixers like DaVinci or Monin and ensure your workspace remains clean throughout the event. We provide the professional tools, mats, and presentation, leaving you to simply enjoy the drinks you create. If you are looking for a way to reward your team or kick off a quarterly meeting with high energy, this is your answer. ## About Cheers Valley We are a crew of bartenders who believe bartending is a vibe, not just a job. Since 2017, we have turned hundreds of events into parties, and we bring that same energy to your office. Our goal is to get your team off their phones and behind the bar shaking up their own drinks.
