We personally handle the pairing software, arbiter duties, and floor coordination, meaning we are physically on the ground managing the clocks and the pieces to ensure every round starts on time. Whether it is a quiet residential society event or a loud, high-energy corporate championship, we manage the pressure so the organizers can simply focus on the participants. ### Why Our Team Matters Organizing a chess tournament requires more than just boards and tables. It requires someone to enforce touch-move rules, handle pairing disputes, and manage the psychological flow of the tournament hall. Our team at Check N Mate is built on this foundation. - **Arbiter Expertise:** Our team includes arbiters familiar with FIDE regulations, ensuring that all matches, from rapid games to blitz tournaments, follow international standards. - **Logistics & Setup:** From our academy base in Whitefield, we transport and set up tournament-grade vinyl boards, digital DGT clocks, and audio equipment across Bengaluru. We handle the heavy lifting so the venue is ready before the first player arrives. - **Engagement & Prizes:** We know that a tournament is about more than just the result. Our team manages the awards ceremony, from trophy distribution to printing certificates, ensuring every participant walks away feeling they have achieved something, regardless of their final ranking. ### Where We Work We operate across Bengaluru, bringing our chess infrastructure to schools, malls, corporate offices, and apartment clubhouses. Our team is flexible, adaptable, and accustomed to setting up in diverse environments. Whether you need a small, friendly competition for local kids or a high-stakes corporate blitz event, our team arrives early to coordinate with venue managers, set up the pairings, and maintain order throughout the event. We believe that professional management is the key to a successful tournament, and our team is committed to delivering that experience every single time. ## About Check N Mate We are a group of chess enthusiasts who believe every tournament should be as intense and fun as the game itself. From our academy in Whitefield to corporate halls across the city, we take care of the heavy lifting so you can enjoy the competition.
