We know that hosting a chess event can quickly become a logistical headache. Our approach is entirely hands-on. Whether you are running a casual inter-society competition or a high-stakes corporate championship, we manage the flow from the first move to the final trophy presentation. ### What we bring to the table - **Professional Hardware:** Forget about mismatched boards. We provide tournament-grade vinyl mats, weighted pieces, and DGT digital clocks for those who need regulation-standard time control. - **Swiss Format Mastery:** We use pairing software to ensure that players are matched against opponents of similar skill levels throughout the rounds, keeping the competition fair and engaging for everyone. - **End-to-End Management:** Our team includes arbiters who handle registration, enforce the touch-move rule, and settle disputes. You won't need to worry about crowd control or scoring. - **Awards & Recognition:** We handle the certificates, medals, and trophies, ensuring every winner feels the thrill of the win and every participant walks away with a sense of accomplishment. We have successfully transformed clubhouses, office lobbies, and public malls across Bengaluru into competitive arenas. If you are worried about space or technical requirements, talk to us—we have likely set up in a similar venue before and know exactly how to optimize your floor plan. ## About Check N Mate We are the team behind Check N Mate, and we’re on a mission to bring the thrill of competitive chess to every corner of Bengaluru.
