We have designed this space with tournament-grade equipment, including DGT digital clocks and projector-based learning, to replicate the intensity of actual match play. While students are busy mastering tactics, parents can unwind in our dedicated waiting lounge with Wi-Fi and café amenities, making it a productive hour for the whole family. ### A Space Built for Chess We believe the environment dictates the quality of your focus. At our Whitefield location, we prioritize creating a distraction-free zone where students can think deeply about their moves. Whether you are a beginner learning the movement of the pieces or a tournament regular refining your opening repertoire, the academy is equipped to handle your specific needs. ### Why Choose Our Whitefield Center? * **Tournament-Ready Tech:** We use projector-based learning for group puzzles and DGT clocks to get students comfortable with time pressure. * **Small Group Focus:** We maintain a strict 1:8 teacher-student ratio, ensuring that everyone receives individual attention during the session. * **Community Atmosphere:** Our library and mind game corner are open for students to explore, fostering a love for the game outside of formal class time. * **Parent Comfort:** We know chess learning takes time, so our waiting lounge is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, allowing parents to get work done while their kids learn. ### Learning Formats We offer flexibility in how you learn. Join our group sessions for the social and competitive aspect, or opt for one-on-one mentorship if you need a deep dive into your game analysis or tournament preparation. Our coaches are here to guide you, from those first tentative moves to your next checkmate. ## About Check N Mate At Check N Mate, we believe the right environment makes all the difference in your chess journey.
