Our group sessions strictly cap the batch size at eight students. This gives our coaches enough time to watch your board, catch your specific mistakes during practice games, and help you fix them before you pick up bad habits. ### How We Keep You Moving Chess is more than just memorizing openings. Our curriculum takes you from identifying pieces to high-level strategy, but we keep the method grounded. We use digital boards, projector-based puzzle solving, and DGT clocks to make the theory stick. ### Flexible Learning * **Offline in Whitefield:** Our academy is air-conditioned and stocked with tournament-grade plastic chess sets. We have a lounge area for parents who want to wait comfortably while you practice. * **Online Coaching:** If you aren't in Whitefield, our live video sessions use the same structured curriculum. You get access to our mobile app for digital assignments and practice notes, ensuring you stay connected to your training even when you're at home. ### Why Focus on Strategy? Whether you’re eyeing a school-level tournament or just want to beat your friends, we focus on 'White' and 'Black' repertoires tailored to your style. Beginners start with basic tactics and piece movement, while advanced learners dive into game analysis to fix recurring errors. We host internal practice tournaments every weekend, so you’re always testing what you’ve learned in a real-game scenario. ## About Check N Mate We are a team of chess enthusiasts who believe everyone has a grandmaster in them. Since starting in 2019, we’ve built our community in Whitefield by making the game as fun as it is strategic, helping our students gain the focus and confidence they need both on and off the board.
