My team handles the scaffolding and setup in the morning and clears the site late at night, so you get a full-fledged banquet space in your own neighbourhood without the hassle of a permanent venue. When you have a 'shaadi wala ghar' but your home is too small to fit the guest list, an outdoor tent setup is the most reliable way to host. I specialize in converting difficult spaces—like narrow streets, small terraces, or rocky parking lots—into comfortable, festive zones. ### The Setup Process * **Structure:** We use a waterproof framework that protects against weather. If we are setting up on a street or parking lot, we use side wall paneling to block outside noise and street views, giving you privacy. * **Flooring:** I lay wall-to-wall traditional carpets over the ground to hide uneven surfaces. This makes the space comfortable for walking and sitting. * **Lighting:** We use a mix of functional halogen lights for visibility and colored LEDs to create the festive ambiance. ### Why it Works My team handles the entire process. We arrive with a mini-truck, build the structure, set up the banquet chairs, and arrange the buffet lines. Once the event is over, we dismantle everything, usually by the next morning, so your space is back to normal as quickly as possible. Whether you are hosting a Kirtan, a Mehendi, or a wedding buffet, this is the most flexible way to manage your guest count in Delhi NCR. ## About Chawla Decors and Caterers I am Chawla, and I turn your home, terrace, or even a parking lot into a complete wedding venue.
