I personally make sure the counters are interactive so your guests do not just eat, but enjoy the cooking process. Whether it is our high-protein Soya Chilla or classic Paneer Tikka, it is served hot, straight from the pan to the plate. For me, the starter is the most important part of the event. It sets the tone for the entire meal. When we set up our live stations, we focus on two things: freshness and interaction. My chefs do not just plate cold food, they prepare it live right in front of your guests. ### Why Choose Our Live Counters? * **Interactive Experience:** Whether it is a dosa night, a pasta station, or our signature live Tandoor, having a chef at work adds a special vibe to any party. Guests love watching their food being made. * **Dietary Flexibility:** I know how important dietary restrictions are. Whether you need Jain-friendly starters without root vegetables or Satvik options without onion and garlic, we manage the counters to ensure there is no cross-contamination. * **Quality Ingredients:** We use fresh paneer, high-grade vegetables, and traditional spices. Our Makhana Chaat is a local favorite, combining health and crunch with tangy yogurt and fresh pomegranate. ### The Setup We do not just show up with the food. We bring the full setup: gold-finish warmers, uniformed staff, and elegant display stands. If you are hosting a smaller gathering, we also offer these same starters in premium, packed snack boxes, perfect for office lunches or small home get-togethers. Let us take the stress out of your catering so you can focus on your guests. ## About Chander Catering Services I have been feeding Mumbai for 27 years with a focus on taste and tradition.
