I don’t just paint for the gallery. I love that rush of creating something right there, in front of everyone. ### What I Do On Stage - **Live Speed Painting Show:** Fast, energetic, and packed with drama. I turn a blank canvas into a finished piece in minutes, with music and crowd energy pushing me on. Sometimes I add my own twist - like painting while holding a plank! It’s all about the spectacle, and honestly, the mistakes and mess-ups are part of the fun. - **Large-Scale Rangoli Demonstration:** This is my real passion. Go big or go home! I create massive rangolis (15x15 ft up to 30x30 ft) at lightning speed. I use traditional Sanskar Bharti style with vibrant powders, but also switch it up with charcoal for super-realistic portraits. ### My Inspirations - My art is full of what I grew up with - gods like Bappa and Hanuman, bits of Kannada culture, Yakshagana, and freedom fighters. It’s always “namma Kannada, namma hemme” (our Kannada, our pride). - But yeah, I’m a movie and cricket fan too. I get a kick out of painting Daivas from Kantara, movie legends like Puneeth Rajkumar, and even IPL fever with RCB tributes. ### Where You’ll Find Me My interactive art performance for events fits college fests, office celebrations, temple jatras, big mall shows (like IPL launches), and cultural melas. I’m based in Karwar, often in Bengaluru, but I’ll travel if your event needs some real-time portrait painting or a giant rangoli. For huge projects, I bring along some artist friends too. ## Highlights Browse through Chandan Devadig's best work. ### [Featured](https://mytribe.in/chandans_art/live-art-performances/featured) - [Video: This is what my live speed painting is all about: high energy, a captivated audience, and a unique challenge. My art? It’s all heart and a bit of hometown spice. You’ll spot Daivaradhane vibes, Yakshagana, Hanuman, Bappa – all that Karnataka magic. Made that famous 'Kantara' rangoli too, felt like a real dantakathe (legend). But yeah, I’m also the guy chilling by waterfalls, road-tripping with friends, or tearing up at a movie like '777 Charlie'. My art’s a mix – Namma Kannada Namma Hemme (Our Kannada, Our Pride), but also just enjoying the ride. ### My work - **Custom Art Services**: I do graphite pencil sketches, rangoli art, charcoal and whitestone powder art, and mural paintings for any space. - **Large-Scale & Event Art**: Want something BIG? I make huge rangoli for festivals, live speed-painting at events, and art that stands out. - **Wall & Cafe Murals**: I paint murals for cafes, offices, and public spots. Each wall gets its own story, like Yakshagana mural painting. - **Custom Portraits & Sketches**: Realistic graphite pencil portrait commissions or charcoal powder sketches – perfect for gifts or memories. - **Culture Meets Modern**: Love mixing tradition with now – from Shivaji Maharaj to custom movie tribute murals, I’ll paint your idea. ## More services from Chandan Devadig - [Event & Festival Rangoli Art](https://mytribe.in/chandans_art/event-festival-rangoli-art) · ₹8-40K per project (estimate) - [Custom Portrait Art](https://mytribe.in/chandans_art/custom-portrait-art) · ₹2-15K per portrait (estimate) - [Custom Mural Art](https://mytribe.in/chandans_art/custom-mural-art) · ₹200-500 per sq ft (estimate) ## Experts similar to Chandan Devadig on mytribe - [Music Production by DJ Ashraf](https://mytribe.in/djashraf_/music-production) · ₹5-20K per track (estimate) · Goa - [Customised Gifting & Hampers by Cherry Blossoms](https://mytribe.in/cherryblossomsstore__/customised-gifting-hampers) · ₹800-5,000 per hamper (estimate) · National Capital Region - [Special Occasion Plant Gifting by Our Balcony Garden](https://mytribe.in/ourbalconygarden/special-occasion-plant-gifting) · ₹180-900 per plant gift (estimate) · OurBalconyGarden - [Home Theater Design by Hometrenz Interior Studio](https://mytribe.in/hometrenz/home-theater-design) · ₹2.5-8L per room (estimate) · Hyderabad - [Live Event Artist by Ravish Harikantra](https://mytribe.in/ravish_arts/live-event-artist) · ₹8-30K per event (estimate) · Karnataka - [Live Sand Art Performances by Raghavendra Hegde](https://mytribe.in/sandartisthegde/live-sand-art-performances) · ₹35K-1.5L per performance (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Live Event Art & Entertainment by Shivakumar Kandikere](https://mytribe.in/shivakumar_kandikere/live-event-art-entertainment) · ₹18-40K per event (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Live Event Painting by Sumana M](https://mytribe.in/sumana007/live-event-painting) · ₹5-15K per event (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Live Event Painting by Kum Kum Art](https://mytribe.in/kum_kum_art/live-event-painting) · ₹5-20K per event (estimate) · Bengaluru - [Custom Portraits & Commissioned Art by Chidu](https://mytribe.in/chidu_art_gallery/custom-portraits-commissioned-art) · ₹1,200-9,000 per artwork (estimate) · Karnataka - [Custom Murals & Wall Paintings by Kalaa Rahasya](https://mytribe.in/color_addicct/custom-murals-wall-paintings) · ₹250-1,500 per sq.ft.
