From fresh, seasonal cuts like dragon fruit and Thai guava to a retro candy bar featuring childhood favorites, we focus on presentation that looks as good as it tastes. We ensure every piece of fruit is crisp and prepared close to the start time so the freshness remains unmistakable for your event. When planning your event, we focus on the visual impact of your food stations. Our team brings a blend of modern presentation and nostalgic joy to your wedding or party. We take pride in our live fruit carving, where we turn watermelons and pumpkins into detailed centerpieces like lions and tigers, adding a unique element that catches every guest's eye. Beyond the carving, we handle the logistics of sourcing seasonal exotic fruits like lychee, kiwi, and red guava to guarantee peak ripeness and flavor. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all displays. We coordinate the colors and fruits with your event's theme, ensuring the floral decor around the coconut carts or the lighting on the dessert tables matches the overall vibe of your venue. Our nostalgic candy bar brings back simple, childhood favorites like Jeera Goli, Mango bites, and Imli candies, providing a refreshing break from heavy main courses. We manage everything from the custom wooden cart setups to the waste management for our tropical coconut stations, so you have one less thing to worry about. Whether you are hosting a large-scale wedding in Mumbai or an intimate celebration in Alibag, we scale our displays to fit your venue space perfectly. We want our stations to be a focal point that keeps your guests talking long after the last bite. ## About Chaitanya Caterers We have been turning ingredients into events since 1992.
