Our graduates often come to us unsure if they can command a room or break down complex anatomy for their future students. But by the end of our weekend immersion, they aren't just memorizing poses—they are teaching them with clarity, safety, and their own unique voice. ### Why Our Graduates Succeed Many students come to us feeling 'stuck' in their own practice. They can do the poses, but they don't know the 'why' behind them. Our 200-hour TTC is designed to bridge that gap. We focus heavily on anatomy and philosophy, not just aesthetics. As Shreya often says, 'Yahan sirf certificate nahi milta, poora safar milta hai' (You don't just get a certificate, you get the whole journey). ### The Chaitanya Difference - **Small Batches, Personal Attention:** You aren't a number in a hall. Whether you join our in-studio sessions in Bangalore or our live online batches, you get direct mentorship from us. - **From Day One Teaching:** We don't wait for the last week to put you on the mat. You start practice-teaching immediately, which helps erase the fear of standing in front of a class. - **Real-World Skills:** We cover the business side too. How do you start your own classes? How do you handle a student with back pain? We teach you how to be a professional, not just a practitioner. ### Frequently Asked Questions **Is the certification recognized?** Yes, we are a Yoga Alliance USA accredited school. Your RYT-200 certification is internationally valid. **I have a full-time job. Can I do this?** Absolutely. Our weekend format (Saturday & Sunday) runs over 2.5 to 3 months, allowing working professionals to learn without quitting their day jobs. **What if I'm not flexible?** Yoga is not about touching your toes, it's about what you learn on the way down. We welcome all body types and levels. Our focus is on alignment and safety, not impossible poses. ## About Chaitanya Wellness We’re Shreya and Prashant.
