If you are ordering our custom-imprinted cookies for a celebration, please let us know your theme a few days in advance so we can prepare your batch using natural, plant-based dyes like beetroot and turmeric for those vibrant colours. We believe cookies should be more than just a snack; they should be a moment of indulgence that leaves you feeling good. That is why our kitchen is strictly free from refined sugar. Instead, we rely on the depth of organic jaggery, dates, and honey to provide sweetness, pairing them with nutrient-dense whole-wheat and oat flours. What really sets our cookies apart is the detail. Whether it is our classic Oozy Chocolate Chunk Cookie loaded with 55% dark chocolate or our festive Gingerbread range, every batch is made to order in our Rajouri Garden kitchen. For special occasions like baby showers, birthdays, or weddings, we offer custom-imprinted cookies. We refuse to use artificial food colours. We achieve those beautiful, soft hues using only natural ingredients: turmeric for yellow, beetroot for pinks and reds, and chlorophyll for greens. Our menu is designed for versatility. If you need a crisp, sturdy companion for your morning tea or evening coffee, our Almond Cranberry Biscotti is twice-baked for that satisfying snap. If you are looking for a quick, guilt-free snack, our Chocolate, Almond & Oat cookies are gluten-free, rich in fibre, and ready to go. Since we are a small mother-daughter team, we appreciate a bit of lead time for larger orders or custom requests. This helps us ensure that every detail, from the personalised stamp on the dough to the eco-friendly packaging, is perfect before it leaves our kitchen for delivery across Delhi NCR. ## About Celestial Bakehouse We’re Mrs. Pawanjot and Mehar, a mother-daughter team running Celestial Bakehouse from our home kitchen in Rajouri Garden.
