We also coordinate with your photographer beforehand so the lighting setup, from LED par cans to focus spots, actually complements your photos rather than washing out your makeup or outfit details. Your engagement or reception isn't just about the flowers; it's about the flow of the entire evening. When we design for these events, we look at the venue layout first. ### Our Approach to Stage Design We balance aesthetics with functionality. For our standard engagement and reception setups, we use a mix of roughly 40% fresh flowers and 60% high-quality artificial blooms. This ensures your backdrop stays vibrant and fresh-looking throughout the entire event, even under the heat of stage lights, while keeping the cost practical. ### Lighting That Works for You Bad lighting can ruin a great outfit. We don't just dump lights on the stage. We use specific LED wash lighting to create the right mood, whether you want a soft, romantic evening or a high-energy cocktail vibe. We prioritize: - **Even illumination:** Avoiding harsh shadows on faces. - **Focus spots:** Highlighting the couple during the ring exchange or first dance. - **Depth:** Using hanging elements like crystal chandeliers to pull the eye upward. ### Beyond the Stage We focus on the small details that guests actually notice, like the entrance walkway, guest table centerpieces, and clear, stylish signage. Whether you are hosting an intimate gathering in a Gurgaon farmhouse or a large-scale event in a Delhi banquet hall, we manage the vendors and the setup so you can simply enjoy your day. ## About Celebrations Party Planner We’re the event junkies at Celebrations Party Planner, and we treat every reception like it’s for our own family. We don’t just set up props; we handle the entire flow of your day so you can actually enjoy the party. Whether it’s a packed ballroom or an intimate farmhouse gathering, we make it happen.
