We make sure your pennant banners, kites, and photo booth structures are secured properly so they stay vibrant and upright throughout your event, leaving you to enjoy the festivities without worrying about the decor falling apart. Lohri is all about the energy, the bonfire, and the community, and our decor is designed to match that spirit. We move beyond basic festive setups to create an immersive experience that feels authentic to the Punjabi spirit. ### Our Approach to Lohri Decor We focus on the small details that make a space feel festive rather than just decorated. This includes: * **Traditional Elements:** We incorporate authentic Phulkari-inspired props, colourful kites, and bright pennant banners that transform a standard office rooftop or private terrace. * **Photo Zones:** We design custom photo booths that capture the essence of the celebration, perfect for group selfies and festive memories. * **Logistics & Safety:** Because we work extensively in Delhi and Gurgaon, we understand the challenges of hosting outdoor winter events. We bring heavy-duty stands for backdrops and ensure all installations are sturdy enough for breezy terrace locations. ### What to Expect We don't just drop off materials. Our team handles the end-to-end installation, ensuring the lighting is set for the evening and all the elements are aligned perfectly. For corporate setups, we can even integrate your branding into the photo zones and decor elements. ### Planning & Pricing Our corporate theme party packages, which include the full Lohri setup, typically range from ₹28,000 to ₹42,000. This is a turnkey service that includes the backdrop, mood lighting, and all decor props. If you are planning an event, we suggest booking early. January is a busy month for us, and we like to perform a site visit to check your venue’s ceiling height and wind exposure before we arrive with our props. ## About Celebrations Party Planner We are a team of event junkies based in Gurgaon who live for the rush of a successful party. We take care of every little thing, from the kite hangings to the bonfire setup, so you can actually enjoy the festivities instead of worrying about the logistics.
